JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Landskrona city has a modern and professional career guidance system where we collaborate with the city's various administrations and external authorities.

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding adult residents towards employment through education. A central part of your work involves collaboration with other authorities such as the Employment Service, UHR, CSN, and the National Agency for Education.

The main tasks include individual guidance conversations both physically and remotely (e-guidance), mapping before studies, planning final grades or high school diplomas, and providing information about educational opportunities. The position also includes administrative tasks related to admissions, guidance emails, and phone support. A significant part of this role will involve working on various projects related to supplying companies with skilled workers and reducing unemployment within Landskrona city. It is essential that you have digital skills, as much of your work will involve using our administrative systems.

You will be part of our guidance center, located in modern and newly renovated premises in central Landskrona. Here, you will work alongside six other study and career counselors in a team striving to develop and improve the guidance services. Occasionally, evening work may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Career and Guidance Counselor

You must have completed training as a career and guidance counselor with a recognized degree.

Career and Guidance Counselor in Adult Education
